[ About us ]

Allow us to introduce ourselves

Why we do what we do

We are a team who enjoy working with our hands and solving problems. There is something deeply satisfying about getting things working exactly as they should.

More than that, we enjoy helping people. We know electrical work can feel overwhelming, especially during renovations or urgent repairs. We love making the process easier, taking the stress out of the job, so people can focus on their home and feel confident about what is happening behind the walls.

The team behind Neon Electrical

We genuinely care about the homes and people we work with. We keep communication clear, turn up when we say we will, and focus on doing the job properly so everything feels straightforward and stress free.

I'm Josh Taylor, owner of Neon Electrical.

After 12 years in the industry, one thing is clear—this job is all about trust.

When you call an electrician, you're inviting someone into your home. You need to be confident that the job will be done right, and with care. When you hire me, you get personal service from someone who treats every detail with the same care and attention I’d expect in my own home.

Life outside work

I'm a family man, married to my amazing wife Kirsty, and I value time spent with family and friends. My Christian faith and my church family at Hills Church are also an important part of my life.

In my spare time, I enjoy working on projects — from home renovations and gardening to restoring my classic car. I love keeping busy and getting stuck into hands-on work.

Meet Poppy, my Blue Heeler apprentice
